How do I book a ride with Nasfa Trans?

You can book online via our booking page (instant quote and reservation), by calling 1-800-NASFA-US (24/7), via WhatsApp, or by email. Online bookings are confirmed within minutes. Phone bookings are confirmed immediately.
How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 4 hours before pickup for routine rides. For airport transfers, the more advance notice the better โ though we can often accommodate last-minute requests. For special events, weddings, or large groups, please book 1โ2 weeks ahead when possible.
What's included in the fare?

Your fare includes the chauffeur, the vehicle, fuel, standard mileage, complimentary bottled water, real-time flight tracking, 60 minutes of free wait at airports (15 min elsewhere), meet & greet at baggage claim, and luggage assistance. Gratuity (20%), a 5% fuel surcharge, and an $8 service charge are added. Tolls, parking, and airport pickup fees are pass-through.
Do you charge surge or peak pricing?

Never. Your rate is locked at the time of booking. Weather, traffic, demand, holidays โ none of it changes your fare. The quote you see is the quote you pay.
What's your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 2 hours before pickup for sedans and SUVs, and up to 24 hours before for Sprinters and limousines. Late cancellations are charged 50% of the booking. No-shows are charged 100%. Cancel via the link in your confirmation email, by phone, or by WhatsApp.
Can I add multiple stops to my booking?

Yes. You can add stops at the time of booking (mention them in special instructions or in the route field) or in transit by asking your chauffeur. Each extra stop is $15. There's no limit to the number of stops for hourly bookings.
Do you provide child seats?

Yes. We provide infant seats, booster seats, and forward-facing child seats on request โ please mention this in your booking notes. No additional charge for the first seat; subsequent seats are $10 each.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), debit cards, ACH transfers, and corporate net-30 billing for verified business accounts. We do not require pre-payment for individual bookings โ you pay your chauffeur or via our portal after the ride.
Are tips included in the fare?

We include a standard 20% gratuity in your fare quote, which is paid to your chauffeur. Additional tips are appreciated but not required. The gratuity line item is clearly shown in your invoice.
How do you track my flight?

Once you provide your flight number at booking, our system automatically tracks your flight in real time via the FAA system. If your flight is delayed, your chauffeur adjusts pickup time automatically โ no charge for wait. If your flight is early, your chauffeur is already there waiting.
What if my chauffeur is late?

Our chauffeurs arrive 15 minutes before pickup, every time. In the rare event of a delay (traffic accident, mechanical issue), we dispatch a backup vehicle immediately and offer you a full credit or partial refund on the ride.
Can I request a specific chauffeur?

Yes โ many of our repeat clients have a preferred chauffeur. Mention them by name when booking, and we'll do our best to assign them to your ride. Subject to availability and route logistics.
Do you serve airports outside the major US cities?

Yes. We cover 120+ US cities and all major international airports, plus most regional airports. If you don't see your airport listed, just call us โ we likely cover it. If we don't, we can arrange a vetted partner chauffeur at the same standard.
Are your chauffeurs licensed and insured?

Yes. All Nasfa Trans chauffeurs are commercially licensed, fully background-checked, drug-tested, and trained in defensive driving. Our company carries $5M commercial liability insurance, hired auto coverage, and physical damage protection. We are DOT licensed (#4512866) and TLC compliant in NYC.
Can my company set up a corporate account?

Absolutely. We offer corporate accounts with net-30 billing, dedicated account managers, monthly invoicing, traveler profiles, and reporting dashboards. Minimum 5 rides per month. Contact corporate@nasfatrans.com to get started.
Do you offer wedding packages?

Yes. Our wedding packages include the bridal car, groom car, parent shuttles, guest transport, and post-ceremony send-off โ all coordinated with your planner. We can decorate vehicles, provide champagne service, and assign tuxedoed chauffeurs. Contact weddings@nasfatrans.com.
