Before your BWI journey
Tell dispatch your arrival flight, passenger count and luggage before requesting a BWI pickup. For departure trips, give your full pickup address and the airport arrival time you want to target.
If several guests arrive separately, list each flight and decide whether you want one shared pickup or separate vehicles.
Tell us about child seats, boarding assistance or unusual luggage before selecting a vehicle. Availability and pickup arrangements are confirmed personally.
