Before your IAD journey
For an IAD arrival, arrange your chauffeur in advance and share the flight number, passenger phone and luggage count. Dispatch confirms the meeting instructions for your booked journey.
For an international arrival, discuss baggage collection and arrival processing when setting the pickup plan. Avoid assuming a fixed time between landing and meeting your chauffeur.
Tell us about child seats, boarding assistance or unusual luggage before selecting a vehicle. Availability and pickup arrangements are confirmed personally.
